THE BIG PICTURE - The Beverage Container Bill
Our theme this year is The Big Picture, as we seek to address one of the major issues a ecting local waste management: beverage container disposal. All environmental, business and community stakeholders are invited to attend our panel discussion at NALIS, Port of Spain on Tuesday November 8th at 10 am.

The panel will provide for an open, unbiased and progressive discussion on the Beverage Container Bill, aimed at devising a way forward to its implementation.

Panel Discussion : Art and Activism

In collaboration with Bocas LitFest, 2 cents Movement and UWE Speak

When the passion of art combines with the dedication of activism, great things can happen. On November 9th at 6:30 pm at UWI St. Augustine we examine how these twin flames can influence and affect each other.

Come experience the live music and poetry of UWE Speak, along with one of our Films For a Better Place and Ai Wei Wei: Never Sorry, which explores the work of the Chinese political dissident and artist.

The films will be followed by a panel discussion featuring local practitioners speaking on their art and work.

The Big Idea - Life After Oil
The 2016 NGC Bocas lit Fest South starts on November 12th on San Fernando Hill, and it’s our pleasure to join with them for the closing of Green Screen 2016.

Starting at 5:00 pm, there will be a panel discussion in collaboration with Bocas lit Fest, followed by lms from 6:30 pm, including the full slate of Films for A Better Place, Fueling Poverty as well as Flor de la Mar and a Q&A with its director.

The Films for A Better Place Jury Award will also be presented. The event will end with our closing Party.
